Nanaimo is located on the east coast of Vancouver
Island and is classified to be one on Canada's most beautiful places. It's well known for its shopping, arts, culture and
music. Nanaimo is most famous for it's variety
of landscapes, plus it has more than 24 parks. It also is said to have one of the prettiest waterfront in Canada.
Nanaimo is the third oldest city on Vancouver Island and the second largest on the Island
also.
Nanaimo used to be a mining town but has changed into
a clean city with accessible water front, cultural festivities and awesome dining.
Main transportation is ferries, air and cars.
Many locals enjoy passing the time by doing many different activities available,
for instance golf, hiking, sailing, diving, kayaking, fishing and others.
